Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in Restaurant Management within a fine dining establishment, preferably within a hotel
• Prior experience in a high volume, Fine Dining or Michelin-starred restaurant is highly valued, demonstrating the ability to maintain exceptional standards of quality and presentation
• Strong wine background with WSET level 3 certification
