The Role of the Head of Commercial

Leadership role, responsible for an external team of sales representatives and internal sales/admin personnel.



Mentoring and coaching the team



Strategic role, leading and developing the business



Identifying improvements and devising strategies to generate business activity.

£85k-£90k basic salary

The Ideal Person for the Head of Commercial

Must come from a postural seating background and understand the route to market



Must have experience in a similar leadership role and have these competencies



Must have the ability to take on responsibilities and challenges associated with running a business



Must be able to show a record of accomplishment of growth and achievement.



Ability to engage with and influence at all levels
