Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of proven experience in property operations management or a related field, with a strong understanding of operational processes
• A full driver's license, enabling travel between properties as needed
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to oversee and motivate staff across multiple locations
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle unexpected challenges and ensure seamless operations
• Familiarity with financial management, including budgeting and cost control, to optimize operational efficiency
