Complex Injury Paralegal

Top defendant law firm are seeking an ambitious Paralegal to join their Complex Injury team in Bolton.

Our client is a Legal 500, National law firm who are experts in high value, defendant injury matters.

In this role you'll join a market leading team, assisting on catastrophic EL/PL and RTA cases from inception to completion.

You'll gain exposure to matters of the highest severity including brain injuries, spinal injuries, orthopaedic and amputation claims.

Duties will include drafting and compiling court documents, liaising with medical experts and insurers, updating the case management system and reviewing evidence.

This role is ideal for a dedicated Paralegal with previous experience in litigated multi-track claims who has a keen interest in Complex Injury law.
