Conveyancing Solicitor

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to manage residential and commercial property transactions.

You will oversee the entire conveyancing process, ensuring smooth and efficient progress for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all stages of property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Conduct property searches and resolve title issues.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure timely transaction progress.
- Maintain accurate client files and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Requirements:

- Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' conveyancing experience.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial conveyancing processes.
- Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills.
