Our client is a well established main contractor a long history of exciting projects as well as a pipeline of interesting works ahead.

This Tier 1 contractor has secured a wide range of new projects

They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

This Surveyor should have experience managing contractors for a Tier 1 contractor and managing a range of sub-contractors.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying


• Proven experience in either RC Frame builds and Cut & Carve refurbishments


• Experience managing JCT suite of contracts


• Experience sourcing new suppliers and sub-contractors


• Experience taking tenders and bringing on new suppliers


• Understanding the requirements of refurbishing listed buildings - preferred


• A good understanding of building regulations and NHBC standards
