We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join one of our client's team.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for facilitating SCRUM events


• Communicate within a cross-functional team of developers and project leads


• Keep project reports up to date and communicate them to stakeholders


• Maintain project plans and critical path sequences


• Be responsible maintaining development team culture


• Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team's progress;


• Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality

Skills and Qualifications:

• You are a certified Scrum Master (or similar certified role)


• You have strong knowledge and proven experience of Agile methodology in general and especially in Scrum framework within a corporate environment


• You ideally have a degree in psychology, social sciences, computer science or in a related field


• You have understanding of development culture and end-to-end engineering lifecycle.
  
  You are experience with setting of practices to help teams build, test and release software faster and more reliably and how to navigate release challenges


• You must be a friendly communicative person


• Fluent in English
