Private Client Administrator

Here at Service Care Solutions we are working with a reputable law firm who are seeking a dedicated Private Client Administrator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment, working full time in the office, within a permanent post.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support to the Private Client team.

  • Manage client communications, including responding to inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Prepare and maintain client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings.

  • Coordinate appointments and manage diaries for the team.


Ideal Candidate:



  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a financial or professional services environment.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
