About the Role:
Our client is looking for experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultants to join their team! In this role, you will play a critical part in the design, development, and implementation of custom ServiceNow solutions.

You’ll collaborate closely with their clients to transform business needs into efficient, scalable solutions that drive value.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
  • Provide technical expertise and ensure solutions adhere to best practices.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including integrations with external systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related technical issues.
  • Provide post-implementation support and client training.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and multiple modules.
  • Experience with web technologies, integrations, and system administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage client relationships.
  • ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
