I’m on the search for an experienced Assistant General Manager for a cool and vibrant, premium restaurant in Soho, London.

These guys are the front runners in the industry and don’t compromise when it comes to serving quality food or their exceptional customer service. They’re on the hunt for a hands-on experienced Assistant General Manager who can drive the business forward and wants to grow with an expanding company.  

The Ideal Candidate:  

• Experience in a high volume, fast passed, premium branded bar or restaurant group 

•  While having the ability to think independently, be a self-starter and an individual sales driver! 

• Always be focused on giving customer a great experience! 

• Committed to training and developing a team  

• At least 2 years’ experience in a management role  

• Proficient in stock management budgeting, P&L control and venue marketing!
