About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to join their team in Cape Town! If you have 4-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, combined with 8-9 years of overall IT expertise, and are willing to relocate, this could be an ideal opportunity.

As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions, while mentoring junior team members and ensuring the highest technical standards.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Oversee system configurations, customisations, and integrations with third-party applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the development team.
  • Ensure best practices are followed throughout the ServiceNow project lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform-related issues.
  • Offer guidance and support during post-implementation phases.

Requirements:


  • 4-5 years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
  • 8-9 years of overall IT experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and various modules.
  • Leadership or team management experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to relocate to Cape Town, South Africa.
