JOB DESCRIPTION



Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the forecasting and S&OP process for MRT with commercial and sales leaders within the company.
• Optimize internal inventory through a variety of reporting, data analysis, cycle counting, and sales forecasing.
• Within an assigned portfolio, coordinate the purchasing of finished goods including coordination of delivery to tollers where necessary.
• Drive performance of internal and external tollers by leading regular performance reviews.
• Ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained, striking a balance between inventory costs and on-time delivery rates to customers.

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of previous experience in a supply chain function (demand planning, inventory management, strategic planning, supply planning, or similar).
• Prior experience working within an MRP or ERP system.

• Prior experience in the specialty chemical or coatings industry.
• Experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power BI.
