A luxury Haddington care home is now looking for someone attentive and considerate to join their team as a Care Assistant.

This purpose-built home sits right near the riverside and offers person-centred nursing, residential, and dementia care.

As a Care Assistant, you’ll join a close-knit team in assisting residents with their care needs and in providing direct support and companionship, helping to make every day cheerful and comfortable.

Person specification:

• (Essential) A compassionate approach and an interest in helping people
• (Essential) Willingness to help with personal care tasks
• (Desirable) At least 6 months’ experience as a Care Assistant in an elderly care setting
• (Desirable) SVQ Level 2 (SCQF Level 6) in Social Services and Healthcare (or equivalent)
