Top 100 law firm looking to recruit a Regulatory Solicitor into their Manchester offices.

Our client is looking for an experienced Regulatory Solicitor to join the Commercial Litigation department to work across a range of Transportation matters including confidentially advising clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established role in a rapidly expanding team to work on your own files for a broad range of clients including household name brand, haulage companies and family-owned SMEs.

Within this Regulatory Solicitor role, you will have a focus on transportation matters including:

• Compliance


• Fleet Management


• Operator licenses


• DVSA maintenance


• Risk management


• Traffic Commissioner Hearings

The successful candidate for this Regulatory Solicitor role will ideally have between 0-2 years' PQE, has excellent client care and communication skills, is able to work well as part of a team and has a genuine interest in this area of law.

If you are an NQ, you will have ideally completed at least a 6-month seat within Regulatory or Litigation law or have prior relevant Paralegal experience.
