This is a superb opportunity for an enthusiastic Employment Solicitor to work on a one-to-one basis with a highly regarded Employment Partner who is establishing a new team in Leeds City Centre.

The work will be fully rounded, it will cover both contentious and non-contentious matters, but be focused heavily on employer matters.

Clients are both local and national and cover a broad range of commercial sectors.

Whilst part of a much larger team, their presence is newly established in Leeds, and as such you will have the opportunity to take on a lot of client contact and get involved in wider activities than would typically be the case within a practice of this calibre.

Your learning and development would certainly be fast tracked in all respects.

They have a fabulous presence across the North, and an amazing support structure and development programme.

They also allow a degree of independence which is beyond that typically offered at this level within the international firms, this could impact on the nature of the work you do, the way you do it, or the wider activities that could be supported in getting involved in.

We are ideally looking for someone with a couple of years' experience, or with some previous relevant experience, perhaps as a paralegal, but they could happily consider those with up to c 6 years pqe or even a little more.
