Multi Trade Operative

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Trader to join our team in North London.

As a Multi Trader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of various building projects.

From diagnosing faults to delivering repairs, your expertise will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our customers.



Duties will include;

• Undertake all aspects of building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements.


• Perform routine reactive repairs as well as major renewals and refurbishment work.


• Adhere to current standards, regulations, and best trade practices.


• Diagnose building faults effectively.


• Work efficiently and independently

Working within void and tenanted homes you will be providing an excellent customer service and delivering a high standard of work.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday.



You will be working a standard 37 hour week with potential to take overtime.

An immediate start is available.

The hourly pay rate for this role is £23.85 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £20.33 Inclusive of holiday).



You will need;

• NVQ or City and Guilds in a core trade (Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, etc)


• Multi Trade Skills


• Full UK Driving Licence & Own Transport
