Required Skills:

- Teaching certification

- Proven experience in teaching English and/or Performing Arts

- Ability to create innovative and interactive lesson plans

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills:

- Experience in directing school plays or musicals

- Familiarity with incorporating technology into teaching

- Background in poetry or creative writing

Preferred Education and Experience:

- Master's degree in Education, English Literature, or Performing Arts

- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in an educational setting

- Demonstrated success in improving student academic performance

- Participation in ongoing professional development in the field of education or the arts

Other Requirements:

- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events

- Ability to communicate effectively with parents and students

- Flexibility in adapting teaching methods to meet diverse student needs
