Job Title: Registered Nurse - Night Nursing Team
Location: St Leonards IUCS, 241 Ringwood Road, BH24 2RR
Shift time: 20:00 - 08:00

Pay Rate: £26 per hour (paid via umbrella)

Role Overview:
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to palliative care patients during night shifts, delivering end of life care packages.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering skilled nursing care, monitoring, and administering treatments in line with care plans


• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients


• Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families


• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all patients during night shifts

Requirements:

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse


• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within an Intermediate Care Unit or community setting


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment


• Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care

Shift Pattern:
Night shifts only, with flexible working hours available.

Please also bear in mind our £250 referral fee bonus for any health care professional you refer who we place in to work on a 3 month contract.
