Floorlayer

We are looking for a skilled Floor Layer to join our repairs and maintenance team, working across both void and tenanted properties in Nottingham to ensure the delivery of exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out the installation, repair, and maintenance of various floor coverings, including vinyl, tiles, carpets, and laminate flooring


• Inspect, prepare, and make repairs to subfloors and surfaces


• Diagnose and resolve faults in floor coverings


• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards


• Work closely with other members of the maintenance team


• Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Floor Laying or equivalent qualification.


• Proven experience in floor covering installation


• Full UK driving licence


• Comfortable working in both void and tenanted properties

The hourly pay rate for this role is £20.37 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £17.37 Inclusive of holiday).
