Painter & Decorator

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our repairs and maintenance team, working in both void and tenanted properties to enhance and maintain the appearance of housing stock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works


• Prepare surfaces for painting and decorating by removing old paint


• Apply a variety of finishes, including paint, wallpaper and varnish


• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards


• Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team


• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent qualification


• Proven experience in painting, wallpapering, and surface preparation


• Full UK Driving Licence


• Comfortable working in both void and tenanted properties

The hourly pay rate for this role is £20.37 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £17.37 Inclusive of holiday).
