Personal Injury Solicitor

Regional, award-winning law firm looking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor into their Birmingham offices.

This Legal 500 ranked firm has built a loyal client base over the years who use their services time and time again.

Within this Personal Injury Solicitor role, you will be running your own complex caseload of EL/PL matters, RTA work, Fast Track claims and some great exposure to Inquiries and Inquests.

Your other day-to-day duties may include:

• Managing litigated files within your caseload including Highway Law, Occupiers Liability, Employment Liability and Housing disrepair


• Analysing and preparing records


• Supporting on Business Development Initiatives


• Claims handling

The successful candidate will ideally have 3-5 years PQE, has previous experience within Personal Injury law, is well organised, can prioritise their time effectively and has stellar client care skills.
