Construction Solicitor

Legal 500 ranked law firm is looking for an experienced Construction Solicitor to join their Manchester office.

Our client is an award-winning law firm who have been continuously ranked as a Top 200 employer for their bespoke training programmes with peer and partner support, flexible working options and fantastic benefits package which includes a generous bonus scheme and season ticket loans.

Throughout your role as a Construction Solicitor, your duties may include:

• Running your own varied, high-value caseload


• Drafting amendments


• Advising on construction obligations in property documents


• Reviewing or drafting contracts and warranties


• Bespoke drafting of purchase orders and agreements


• Legal research and assisting with the wider team

The successful candidate will ideally have 3+ years PQE within Construction law, is an excellent team player has a keen eye attention for detail and is looking to establish themselves in a highly regarded legal practice, for the long-term.
