Part-time Commercial Contracts Lawyer

Here at service care we are supporting a local council in wales.

Who in need of a experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer looking for a flexible part-time opportunity.

We are seeking a skilled individual to join the team, to handle a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.

This role offers the chance to work on challenging projects and contribute to the success of our organisation.

3 month on going role, which is fully remote working with a LTD day rate of £40-£45ph.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts -


• Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a corporate legal department


• Knowledge of intellectual property law - Familiarity with software licensing agreements


• 3+ years of experience practising commercial law


• Current Practising certificate in England and wales.
