Project Design Manager

Our client is a specialist contractor who are a market leader in the design and build of offsite hybrid engineered structures.

Their approach combines structural precast concrete, insitu concrete and steelwork to deliver modern structures, including the buildings external facades as required.


They operate within many construction sectors including, commercial, residential, industrial, custodial, healthcare, schools and infrastructure.


They have an exciting opportunity for a Project Design Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.


Qualifications & Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction design management

  • Proven track record of delivering successful residential projects

  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards

  • Willingness to work throughout the UK (Travel & Accommodation covered)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Working references - essential
