Sacco Mann has been instructed on an excellent opportunity for a Defendant Catastrophic Injury Solicitor in Manchester.

If you're interested in running high value Catastrophic Injury cases within a top tier Legal 500 ranked team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of high value catastrophic injury defence cases, with a focus on EL/PL and motor claims.


• Handle pre-litigation and litigated files, including large loss, brain and spinal injuries, and chronic pain.


• Engage directly with clients, insurers, and loss adjusters, and attend business development events.


• Provide supervision and assist with team management.

Essential skills:

• A UK Qualified Solicitor 5+ years PQE or Cilex qualified with relevant experience.


• Experience with defendant catastrophic injury litigation.


• Negotiation experience.


• Experience in client engagement and participation in business development events.


• Background in supervising the team members and supporting team management.
