With a commitment to quality, consistency, and outstanding service, they are seeking two Trainee Scone Bakers to join the team.

PLEASE NOTE THE HOURS FOR THIS ROLE ARE: Monday to Friday 4.30pm - 12.30am (37.5 hours per week)

Main Purpose of the Job:

As a Trainee Scone Baker at Truly Treats, your role will involve weighing ingredients, mixing, and baking their award-winning scones.

You'll need to work efficiently, following recipes and instructions with precision.

A basic understanding of food safety regulations is essential, and you must adhere to all health and safety standards throughout the process.

Duties:

• Weighing and measuring ingredients
• Preparing doughs, cutting scones, traying up
• Operating equipment (mixers, cutting machines, ovens)
• Performing quality control checks
• Boxing and labelling finished products
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Experience or a keen interest in baking
• Ability to lift up to 25kg
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• A hardworking attitude with a keen interest in learning

Starting Wage: £12.01 per hour (tiered pay scale and progression within the company)
