Corporate Solicitor

Award-winning law firm is looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their Manchester office.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a role within a Top 200 ranked, Commercial focused law firm who really understand just how important their loyal client base is and work hard to ensure these relationships are kept.

As a Corporate Solicitor, your day-to-day duties may consist of advising business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and management buyouts.

The successful candidate will ideally have 2-6 years' PQE, be an excellent team player with strong communications skills, is able to maintain well-established client relationships, is confident in their own ability and can support junior members of the team.
