Vacancy: Conveyancer £30,000 - £38,000
Position: Full time, permanent
Location: Wirral

Our client is a highly reputable, multi-sector firm who are looking to expand their Conveyancing team based on the Wirral.
The role and duties:

- Dealing with residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
- Dealing with; Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, Help to Buy and Non-statutory Lease Extensions.
- Working with Senior Conveyancers to achieve the financial target.
- Assist in supervising and developing the Conveyancing Assistant.
- Working with and under the supervision of a Senior Conveyancer.
- Being responsible for signing off files for exchange and completion.
- Take full responsibility for the team in the Senior Conveyancers absence.

The candidate:

As the successful candidate you will have experience in a similar role and you will be able to prove your knowledge through dealing with all aspects of the Conveyancing process.
