Are you an experienced Property Solicitor looking for a new role?

Our client is a respected and well-established expanding law firm.

The firm enjoys a healthy influx of instructions from regularly returning clients as well as referred work, due to excellent local links.

They also attract high value work on a local and national basis.

This is a brand-new interesting opportunity for someone who is open to a mixed caseload and would enjoy the variety of residential and commercial work.

The role will entail dealing with a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters and commercial property matters.

  This will include:

- Freehold and leasehold sales / purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- Stamp duty procedures
- Title checking
- Search reports
- Enquiries
- Freehold sales/purchases
- Leasehold sales/purchases including the grant of leases
- The regulation of landlord and tenant relationships
- Lease renewals
- Deeds of surrender
- Refinancing
- Acquisitions and sales of businesses
- Utilities agreements
- Active involvement in business development
- Dealing with all matters from beginning through to completion

 
Qualifications and Experience

- Experienced Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience.
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Conversant with the full conveyancing process
- Results driven
- Ability to work to challenging timescales and to plan and organise effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
