Job Title: General Manager – Branded Hotel Group – West of London

Salary: Up to £60,000

Location: West of London

I am currently recruiting a General Manager to join this branded hotel West of London.

As General Manager you will oversee the entire operation of the hotel.

We are looking for an inspirational leader who is ready to invest in the development of their staff to create the best experience for our guests.

About the position

• Manage the budget and create a strategy to increase revenue
• Manage the guest experience
• Create a training and development program for the team
• Inspire the team
• Oversee the HR and recruitment process
• Ensure KPIs are met

The successful candidate

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Be able to inspire and motivate the team
• Budgeting and P&L experience within hotels
• Great customer service and fantastic attention to detail
• Have a passion for hospitality
