Corporate Solicitor

Commercial, established law firm looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor into their Manchester office.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Corporate Solicitor role to work with a diverse client base on high-value, complex matters that includes:

• Mergers and acquisitions


• Private equity


• Sales and purchases


• Reorganisation initiatives.

You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining fantastic client relationships and provide advice when needed.

The successful candidate will ideally have 6+ years' PQE, is able to work effectively as part of a team and wants to establish themselves for the long-term.
