This is an amazing forward-thinking and premium restaurant group, looking for a talented sous chef to join the team.

The food is fresh and elevated to fine dining standards.

You will be hands on, cooking high quality ingredients in a fast-paced service environment.

Leading large teams of chefs through service and reporting to senior management.

Your role will be to train, motivate and monitor high standards and support the head chef.

You will cover head chefs while away and be responsible for paperwork back of house as well, including stock take and ordering.

This is a growing group with ambition for more sites so this could develop into a bigger role in the future.

This would suit a sous chef that has worked in a busy branded restaurant, knowledge of BOH admin, and experience in premium restaurants.
