We are working with a well-known hospitality group, with different concepts across the US.

They are seeking a General Manager for their contemporary restaurant, a fine dining and elegant establishment.

The Role

As the General Manager, you will inspire and develop your team through hands-on coaching and training while ensuring compliance with company policies and all regulatory standards.

Oversee financial management, cost control, and inventory, and collaborate with chefs on menu planning, maintaining high food quality and safety standards.

What they are looking for:

• 5 or more years in management within a upscale restaurant establishment
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a strong commitment to team growth and development
• Demonstrated success in budget management, purchasing, inventory oversight, and meeting financial goals
• In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, regulatory compliance, and health guidelines
