Immediate start

0700 - 1600 Mon - Thurs 

0700 - 1400 Friday 

Overtime paid at a premium 

Commutable from Leicester, Wigston, Narborough, Beaumont Leys, Earl Shilton, Hinckley and surrounding areas.

 

Job description

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Welder to weld mid to thick gauge mild and galvanised steel.

The successful candidate will be expected to fabricate, this will include rolling, bending and folding sheet metal.

 The successful Fabricator/ welder will:

•             Must have a good engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

•             Must have a proven track record as a fabricator with minimum 2 years MIG welding experience

•             Ability to work with all types of metal up to 20mm

•             Ideally have experience MIG

                Ability to weld mild and galvanised steel 

•             Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to motivate others

•             Work well as a team member

•             Be able to problem solve and come up with solutions
