Detailer - Façade, Roofing & Cladding

Job Summary:

My client, a leading manufacturer specialising in facade, roofing and cladding are seeking an intermeditate experienced detailer to join their team.

The company pride themselves in development and progression of their staff and are looking for a person who is looking to further their career.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design teams to fully understand commercial project requirements.


• Attend meetings with design teams as required.


• Produce detailed technical working drawings to obtain design team approval.


• Carry out site surveys as required.


• Generate and submit orders for procurement of all project materials, metal, glass, associated component, etc.


• Prepare schedules and cutting lists for product production.


• Liaise with site team for seamless project execution.


• Provide support in the submission of project technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and window designer software such as LogiKal or equivalent.


• 3 years+ experience working in the commercial façade/glazing industry.


• Good knowledge of current building regulations and standards.


• Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative.
