Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company's growth and expansion.
• Manage supply chain logistics, including sourcing, procurement, and inventory management.
• Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

The right Head of Operations:

• Proven experience in an operational leadership role, preferably within the specialty coffee or food and beverage industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing and scaling operations in a growing start-up environment.
