Job Location: Miami, Florida
Salary: 70,000-80,000K
My client is looking for an Assistant General Manager to assist in opening a new restaurant in Miami, Florida! The restaurant concept is upscale, elevated Asian cuisine and is Michelin recommended.Are you interested in playing a key role in a new and exciting project? Look no further!
Responsibilities of the Assistant General Manager:
- Work closely with the General Manager
- Day to day running of the venue
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding
- Support the development of new strategies and concepts
- Enforce the company culture and beliefs
- Help build guest relationships
- Involved with team development and training
- Inspire and lead by example
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience in opening a new restaurant location
- Has a strong understanding of the Miami hospitality market
- Fine dining / upscale restaurant experience
- Has 1 +years of AGM management experience in a similar working environment
- Holds a valid food, alcohol, and allergen certification
- Has flexible work availability
- Has motivation and passion
