Corporate Solicitor

Global top 20 practice would like to welcome a senior Corporate Solicitor to their Manchester team due to strong pipeline of work.

This internationally recognised practice is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to become the next asset to the firm, as part of a fundamental sector of the business.

Operating as part of a strong, hard-working team, you will be working on your own caseload of M&As, for both public and private entities, Private Equity matters and Equity Capital work.

As well as this, other duties may include:

• Drafting and reviewing transaction documents


• Managing and co-ordinating transactions from start to finish


• Maintaining contact with client post-closure


• Developing internal Corporate business


• Providing supervision to more junior members of the team

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 5+ years PQE within Corporate law, is ambitious and looking to grow alongside a Tier 1 law firm.

You will be able to maintain high-quality, client relationships, have excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills as well as a keen attention for detail and can be a team player.
