The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a luxury hotel or resort, with a strong preference for Caribbean experience
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive operational efficiency and profitability
• Hands-on approach with a deep understanding of food and beverage trends in luxury settings, ensuring both operational excellence and guest satisfaction
