Area: East, north and south London
Report to: Group Executive Chef

The role will involve:

• Supporting sites 80% hands on
• Monitoring high standards across the groups and brands
• Recruitment, training and mentoring junior staff
• Menu development with the Group executive chef
• Food costing, food systems and food cost control
