Daily Covers: up to 250 when busy
Brigade Size: 4-6 chefs
Report to: Owner

Are you a talented Sous Chef looking for a new role? Do you have passion for food and can create new concepts through menu development and recipe testing.

This is the role for you!

This is a well-known gastro pub with a street food concept that will be changing in the coming months.

Your role will be to assist the head chef running the current menu through Christmas and then work closely with the head chef to develop a new street food style menu around tacos.

We are looking for creativity and food passion.

The Head Chef they are looking for:

• Highly organised sous Chef with fresh food experience and high volume
• Experience in gastropubs and street food would be ideal
• Dedication to your craft, longevity in roles
• Ambitious, willing to learn and progress you career
