Conveyancing Solicitor

Vacancy: Residential Conveyancer £35,000-60,000 DOE
Position: Full time, flexible working
Location: Cheshire
 
My client is an established, forward thinking firm based in the Cheshire and they are currently looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their successful property team.
The role and duties:

- Conveyancing Solicitor role
- Salary up to £55,000
- Flexibly and hybrid working

You will confidently be able to manage a mixed residential property caseload of varied matters of around 70-90 files, predominantly consisting of freehold, leasehold, sale and purchase and transfers of equity files from inception to conclusion alongside:

- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Assist in business development and networking activities of the department and

The successful candidate:
You will hold at least 2yrs PQE and have successfully filled a conveyancing fee earning position for a minimum of 3 years.

You will have the ability to work well under pressure at the same time as providing an exceptional service to clients and maintaining the firm's positive and successful reputation in the market.
