Regional Procurement Manager

Salary €80,000 per year (negotiable)

• The client is an International Hotel Group

Things you will be doing as a Procurement Manager:

• Report to the Director of Procurement North & Central Europe


• Look after all the aspects of the Purchasing and Supply Management functions for all operational products and services


• Forecast level of demand for services and products


• Conduct research to source the best products and suppliers


• Evaluate bids and make recommendations


• Negotiate and agree contracts


• Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers


• Undertake value-for-money reviews


• Analyse data and produce reports and statistics


• Keep up to date with trends and innovations, regulations and new technology

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Procurement or Supply chain managerial experience in the Hospitality sector


• Fluent in English, German or Dutch is required,


• BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification is desirable


• Excellent written, verbal and communicational skills


• Strong negotiation skills


• Commercial and financial awareness


• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills


• Planning skills to identify what the business needs


• Strong analytical ability
