Commercial Recruitment Consultant

Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Commercial Consultant to join our amazing team based in Walsall.

Duties will include:

• Make calls to connect with contacts and generate new business leads
• Interview candidates to continuously enhance the database of available workers
• Identify matches between jobs and potential candidates
• Screen and shortlist candidates
• Negotiate terms / agency fee’s
• Prepare candidates for their interviews
• Headhunt by approaching candidates for executive roles and specialist positions
• Assist with inbound and outbound calls
• Keeping on top of applications on a variety of jobs boards
• Attend client visits and service visits
• Ensure candidate records are kept in line with legislative requirements
• Any other duties as and when required

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience within a Recruitment Consultant role
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong drive and able to focus on targets
• Be able to prioritise and manage time efficiently

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Rate of Pay: £Negotiable dependent on experience + attractive bonus structure
