We have a fantastic opportunity for a Factory Supervisor to join our busy client in Ferndown, this client is a market leader that can boast a 50 year history within the manufacturing industry. 

The position is permanent and can offer an immediate start, the role is paying £30 - 33,000pa DOE.  The Factory Supervisor will cover a broad range of responsibilities to ensure the factory and production runs efficiently.

Key responsibilities for this Factory Supervisor role:

- Overlooking and running daily operations within the factory 
- Monitoring production schedules and work flows
- Reviewing and implementing process improvements 
- Ensuring all staff adhere to H&S policies
- Regularly monitoring and checking machinery and performance outputs 
- Maintaining accurate records 
- People management, handling performance issues
- Liaising across departments

Requirements to be considered for this Factory Supervisor role: 

- Supervisory experience within manufacturing or production is essential 
- Strong leadership and organisational skills 
- Excellent communication skills
