We’re seeking someone with experience in high-volume, wet-led venues, along with a strong background in food operations and experience handling private corporate events.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience in a similar General Manager role is essential
• Strong understanding of structure, processes, and procedures
• Solid financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively
• Excellent service standards and attention to detail
• Natural leader with a focus on mentoring, coaching, and team development
• Ability to add a personal touch and build rapport with guests and staff
