Maintenance Project Coordinator - Luxury London Hotel

Location:             London

Salary:                 £50,000 (inc Tronc)

As Maintenance Project Coordinator you will be the key point of contact between the hotel, and contractors, ensuring that all projects across the hotel are completed both to time and to budget at the highest standard, Additionally you will be the liaison between the engineering team, the internal maintenance team and external maintenance contractors.

• Liaeise with and oversee all external contractors
• Supervise the internal engineering team alongside the Dir of Engineering
• Create and present budgets and project timelines to senior stakeholders
• Ensure all works are carried out to the highest H&S standards and specifications
• We require an individual who is very well organised and 'proactive'
• Basic accounting and budgeting knowledge are a must as well as a background in electrics, plumbing and plant engineering
