Commercial Property Paralegal

Our client is a highly regarded regional practice who are looking for a driven paralegal to join their team based in Sheffield.

The firm are becoming a key player in the South Yorkshire Commercial Market and have plenty of commercial property work coming in.

This role would suit a paralegal with upwards of 6 months experience, ideally within a commercial property team.

Joining the Commercial Property department, you will be responsible for drafting legal documents and correspondence, managing and organising large volume of documents, speaking with clients, dealing with filing and retrieval of client files/documents, setting up new files accurately and on a timely basis.

You will be working closely with seasoned lawyers and the Head of Department.

The firm have the room to accommodate paralegals who are driven to develop their career further (such as through the SQE) or for those who are happy to remain within a paralegal position long-term.

To be considered you must have at least 6 months legal experience within a law firm, ideally within a commercial property or property team.

This role is mainly office based, however hybrid working options could be discussed for right the candidate.
