We are seeking a senior sales manager who will help them target and grow their clientele.

The Role

The Senior Sales Manager at this resort plays a key role in driving both domestic and international sales to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

They lead and support the sales team, ensuring targets are met while collaborating on marketing efforts to maximize the resort's visibility and appeal to a global clientele.

What they are looking for:

• Proven experience as an on-property Sales Manager with a strong focus on hands-on sales 
• Demonstrated skills in corporate and group sales, with additional experience in sales and catering seen as an asset
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to oversee multiple sales initiatives and track performance
• Must already possess a valid visa, as sponsorship is not offered
