Key Details:

• Cuisine: Modern European
• Team: Lead and inspire a team of 12 chefs
• Covers: 50+ for regular service, plus Private Dining Room (PDR) and events catering
• Events: Events experience is essential for managing bespoke menus and delivering outstanding culinary experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a high-end setting
• Strong background in events catering, with the ability to deliver tailored menus and exceptional service.
• Leadership skills to manage, mentor, and inspire a team of 12 chefs.
• Expertise in modern European cuisine with a creative and innovative approach to menu development
• Ability to maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
